We’re a small, growing group practice based in Boston, supporting adolescents and adults navigating disordered eating, anxiety, and relationship stress.
We’re currently looking for a therapist to join our team — someone thoughtful, relational, and interested in building a sustainable, values-aligned caseload over time.
Part-Time or Full-Time Therapist
Start Date: Summer or Fall 2026
We’re hiring a therapist specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, trauma or relationships. This role will begin primarily virtual, with the opportunity to transition into a hybrid schedule (1–2 in-person days/week in Brookline) later this year as we expand office space. We are open to licensed candidates or pre-licensed candidates with eating disorder experience (including internship).

Compensation for required non-clinical responsibilities (e.g., meetings, trainings)
Stipend towards continuing education or clinical trainings of your interest
Pre-licensed clinicians: weekly individual supervision and group consultation
Licensed clinicians: ongoing case consultation and collaborative team environment

Administrative support for scheduling and billing workflows

Master’s degree in mental health counseling or related field
Working toward MA LMHC or independently licensed in MA (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT)
Ability to maintain a minimum of 8 client sessions/week
Comfortable starting in a primarily virtual role
1+ year experience (including internship); experience with eating disorders/body image preferred
Practice from an anti-diet and trauma-informed framework
