Hi! I’m Gina (she/her). You might be someone who shows up for others, strives to do everything “right,” and still feels disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve spent years people-pleasing, achieving, or adapting to what was expected of you — and now you’re not quite sure what you want or how to make decisions that feel aligned with who you are.

I work with adolescents (14+) and adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, disordered eating, body image concerns, identity development, grief, and major life transitions. Many of the clients I support struggle with self-doubt, conflict avoidance, and feeling untethered from their sense of self.

Anxiety often intensifies during periods of change — starting college, ending relationships, questioning identity, grieving a loss, or stepping into a new chapter of life. Grief doesn’t only follow death; it can emerge through pet loss, estrangement from family, relationship endings, job loss, or shifts in identity and belonging.

I’m especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ clients and offer an affirming space where identity exploration can unfold at your own pace. My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to defend or explain who you are — you can simply be.
